Go back to the main page of Settings and click on Developer Options.
Here you will need to Enable Unknown Sources. If you are unable to find this option the make sure to go to Security section of your device settings as Some OEMs put this setting there.

Now locate Downloads app from the app drawer and open it up.

Just in case if the Card number on Purchase pop-up doesn’t show or it is your card, DON’T PRESS BUY. You will need to follow the instructions given below and it should start working.
Open Settings of your android device
